Be Aware

I was surprised to get an email thanking me for subscribing to this business and informing me that £40.56 would be taken from a bank account that I only use abroad two weeks of the year. Fortunately I blocked my bank card immediately.
I have never heard of 365helphub and have certainly never knowingly subscribed to anything of the sort so I'm assuming my email and account details may have been obtained fraudulently.
I have reported them to Action Fraud .

BE VERY AWARE

BE VERY AWARE: £40.56 x 2 within the month of June was taken from our business bank. 3 emails, we assumed were junk had been sent, but we didn't respond or give our details. Assuming, amongst other things, they are hacking our email account to get details., we are adding another layer of security, but we are talking to the bank, trying to get our money back, but that's another saga..
this not a SCAM! it's thief! reporting 365helphub to police as they are criminals. They know they never got permission. They know they are stealing!
REPORT TO POLICE!!! THEY are stealing not scamming. THEIVES, robbers! Report to police..

Bestolen

The same experience as most people. 40£ taken from my account without my knowledge of being a member of this gang. New precautions are taken to protect myself from these criminals who seem to be getting more and more every day

SCAM SCAM SCAM I tried to set up a drop off account for Heathrow and they must have set up a dummy page or added a payment link somewhere . I received an email saying I had set up an account with them , when I was expecting an email from Heathrow Apcoa car parks, for some sort of entertainment package free trial . There is a section to unsubscribe that I completed and received a email to confirm unsubscription . They have already taken £5 dated yesterday saying Apcoa relating to nothing I have done yet . Having to sort that out now . Just pleased I spotted it and able to cancel my card in time as annoying as that is !! Heathrow set up properly now. Lesson learned for me I have to say . Will be reporting to action fraud

I have had exactly the same experience…

I have had exactly the same experience as others complete scam never signed up and they tried to take 40.56 from my account today over an hour on phone to bank today to try and sort this out luckily bank recognised it for what it is a complete scam disgusting and all in all very stressful this firm should be prosecuted for what they do mine also appears after paying for daily car parking at yate railway station - didn't even speak to a human - this firm really really need investigating by authorities and quickly
The company that controls the yate railway station car park is called apcoa , i tried to scan the QR CODE ON THE POSTER but then called the number and paid that way by debit card instead - which it seems has led to this awful situation it seems to me as there is a lot about this on the Internet apcoa also need to take notice and deal with this issue

This company attempted twice to take over £40 from my account, thankfully my bank declined. I never signed up to anything and to all intentions and purposes never scanned a QR. However we did pay Avalon parking at the Ridings Wakefield. Too much of a coincidence they use QR codes. Be aware folks.

I was tricked into sharing my credit card details on scanning a bar code in an app on my phone, and they tried to take 40£ which Halifax thankfully declined. I have no idea who they are. Please be careful when using qrcode scanning apps on your phone, don’t click on ads. This is a scam and fraud.

I scanned a QR code on a car parking…

I scanned a QR code on a car parking meter at Henley On Thames to pay for my parking and without realising, I had been transferred to a different site where I entered my card details. A subscription has now been set up without my knowledge or consent. They have taken £60 before I realised. I spoke to Mary at the company who has allegedly refunded me £29.99 but refuses to refund me for the initial payment of £29.99 as she claims I used the subscription on the date I "signed up". Absolute nonsense, I don't even know what the subscription is for!!
Disgusting scammers!
I will be reporting them.

Beware 365helphub

Beware, 365helphub is a SCAM!

This is a SCAM!
I have no idea how they got my debit card details but they signed me up to a monthly subscription of £29.99 via direct debit.

My bank spotted and blocked the transaction, however even after I spoke to the bank and confirmed it was a scam these fraudsters then successfully took the money via Applepay!

I have had to cancel my debit card so that these thieves can’t take the money again.

I think they're on a phishing trip.

I get regular emails telling me they have taken my 'subscription' of £29.99, but the card number they quote is not one I recognise.
Since I can't identify the targeted account, I can't contact the bank, and I'm not about to respond to the email because I suspect that that's the plan, and they're just phishing.
