Neil Wilson needs a pay rise. I wrote a scathing review on Saturday after having 3 horrendous days of trying to leave a reseller account I should never have bought, but today Neil Wilson has been so good I may, if I had to change hosting company (God forbid) reconsider 365 the guy is a legend. My only gripe is that they do charge more for .co.uk renewals than anybody else but as far as customer service is concerned Neil Wilson rocks

As a person who isnt that tech savvy - 365 Hosts are incredible. Nothing is too much for them and I feel comfortable with them handling all aspects of my online business. Most importantly they don't bombard me with jargon. Customer Service is second to none and I would not use another provider.
