Ordered ambulance trousers on the 26th March. Paid express delivery. Still have not been delivered. We have sent 3 emails, messaged via their website and via Facebook messenger. No reply to anything. Do yourself a favour and do not order from these crooks!

I order and paid for a ambulance trousers on February 2016 but nothing delievery to me. I contact them by email for refund but without any reply. I would like to tell everyone do not buy their product in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is a terrible company. I ordered an ambulance coat and after slow communication regarding artwork and embroidery eventually got the order fully submitted. That’s where all communication stopped. Repeated emails and Facebook messages and I got no response to my order progress or when it would be fulfilled. I sent daily emails for two weeks. I started commenting on all their Facebook posts and eventually got a reply via Facebook messenger: “Your order has been refunded. Regards” still waiting for any refund though. Looks to be a scam company - more worrying when you interrogate their Facebook page and find the page has had multiple name changes and managed by an admin in Bangladesh. BEST TO STAY WELL CLEAR and order from a reputable company who advertise full contact details in their website, not just an email!

Having ordered and paid for a jacket on the 7th November I received no communication for 3 weeks despite chaser emails. I placed a post on a CFR Facebook site and received emails stating the item was being shipped and a phone call from the owner. By this time I had done some research and found a number of closed and liquidated companies owned by the same person, given his history I asked for and received a refund.

The negative review I posted against the item on their website prior to his call wouldn’t go through, the only way it would post was with 5 stars but negative comments. This review has since been deleted by the company so only positive comments remain.

I wouldn’t trust any reviews on their site and strongly advise against using this company as the Facebook post revealed at least 4 other people from the CFR community who have also had issues.

Paid an extortionate amount for postage & packing and delivery in 3-5 business days. When I dared to email that I hadn’t received my goods after 10 days, they became abusive and insulting. I can’t rate their goods as they never arrived, but their customer service is the worst I've ever had the misfortune to experience. Definitely avoid this company.

Paid for express delivery, over two weeks to turn up and like the other review no response to multiple emails. Won’t be recommending and I won’t be recommending to anyone on the bases I work on. Poor customer service has impact wider than the customer you let down.

The quality bof the shirts are 5/5 but we had a small issue with other items and when we try and contact them is not been possible to get a response to Email nor find a contact number.
