This is not a loan company
36MonthLoans.com operates a lead generation service, it is not a loan company. If the company disclosed this it would not be an issue. However, once we applied for a loan we immediately got a "pre-approved" for a loan. We were told that a lender would be in touch with us to gather income verification documents and sign paperwork. This turned out to be patently false. The loan was not pre-approved at all, but rather "pre-qualified." What's more is that we then got three more referrals to other lenders. This means that 36monthloans.com is not a loan company at all, but rather a lead referral site which generates its revenue from "leads" sent to loan companies. The fake pre-approval information is just an enticement to get us to actually do the application and thus generate a payment for 9Global.com, the owner of 36MonthLoans.com. Hope this notice warns other people away from this scam.

We value every customer's opinion, but we respectfully deny your allegations and believe this review is the result of a misunderstanding.
Our company does not hide the fact that we are a loan matching company, as you claim, quite the contrary. We have a lot of information on our web page that says we are not a direct lender.
If a client, as yourself, is pre-approved for a loan by one of the lenders we work with, we do not and can not guarantee an approval as this decision is entirely up to the lender.
We have a customer support service, available on both chat and phone, where an agent could have clarified any questions you might have had at the time, therefore avoiding the unpleasant experience you feel you had with our service.

Making a phone call wasn't all that hard, I was worried about being denied because of credit issues, but before I was done on phone, you had set me up with Lexington law firm who worked with me and all 3 credit bureaus and had a lot of negative stuff removed from my credit report that should have been removed over the years, they were able to raise my score up to good standings, then 2 weeks later I was approved by Springleaf Financial for the personal loan I had requested, thank you very much for helping me out, couldn't have done it without you
