You emailed us having Battery issue on Saturday which we replied immediately even though it was non working day for us and assured we will either fix the unit or replace it under warranty, follow up emails were sent on Monday when our IT Team was back to work sharing our address to send the device back to us to which we didn't get reply.

Very happy with the product and with 3C Tech's service and prompt delivery time. The only glitch was that, although payment was made through the bank with the required references, somehow this was not matched to the order. One phone call sorted it out and the iPad arrived promptly the next day. A great deal and great service!

Received a quick response to my order.
Delivery and package was prompt. Contents different to package so a little confused as to what I was receiving. I thought I purchased a Laptop, turns out was a chromebook. In hindsight the chromebook is great it does what is suggested and is nice and light to carry around. Perfect for my child.
Would have loved a carry case option as well.
