not a very good company to work for
not a very good company to work for. Our local staff was not able to stay because the employer is not looking after them. always changing their staff, just no loyalty to their people, how could they look after their customers if they can't look after their own people.

Thanks for your review. We have to visit schools and local business quite often to provide IT services and you wont get to see one engineer at all the time. But rest assured who ever serves you --you will always get best products, time around for jobs and services.
Though its management query but as you asked company haven't changed any staff , the Ashburton staff who you are implying who served you is with us from last three years and 80% of staff are with us for over 7 years( (from the time we started) and remaining are at least three years old, in fact we don't have any one who is less than three year old in any of our branches. We get such a good reviews only because of our happy staffs who enjoys serving customers and who are with us from long time.

My tablet stopped charging n there was…
My tablet stopped charging n there was I weird noise on the mic. Email them and got a reply back within about an hour which impressed me. Dropped the tablet off to them and they fixed everything n posted it back to me 6days later. Very happy customer here! Thank you!

I had the screen on my phone replaced and bought a case/wallet for it as well. Very good service at a reasonable cost.

Phone screen has fallen off after only…
Phone screen has fallen off after only one or two weeks use, it took at least two months to fix and was lost at some point, during that time data was being used on that account and then they lost the sim card!
Most appalling service I've ever had, not to mention that I could have bought a perfectly good 2nd hand phone for the price I was charged to fix.
100% do NOT recommend these people.

Can you please share a job number or refernce number. We cant find any job under your name and also under your email . We use very sophisticated job booking system noting down IMEI number of the phone and client phone number and email and i cant seem to find any. Sorry if you please share thats really helpful.
Also please see one of techncian and as all our repairs carries warranty , if issue falls under warranty ,sure we will cover it. Normally screen wont fall off itself, if its fitted such way they fall in 5 minutes and wont take a week or last few days.

Our recent problem was completely fixed by the EXCELLENT technician ! Faced with a not ideal ground situation he isolated then fixed the problem determinedly and effectively. He put aside any difficulties with conditions concentrated on the solution then carried out the needed remedy! A most gratifying result! Amazing service & care
Really great customer service, super friendly, awesome communication. They kept in touch and updated me with everything happening.
