An appointment was booked but no one turned up. I wasn't contacted at all, so I waited in all afternoon and evening. There has been no apology. This company is used by Cinch, in this case to replace the spare key that was handed to me, on delivery of the car, already bent. Cinch advised me they would follow up with 3D keys, yet I've still had no contact from them.

drove up to their units nearby where I live, as I had numerous problems with my car key being intermittent working, the staff tested my key and came out and told me that it was the battery, they replaced the battery and all doors were working fine, I then explained that I’d only bought the battery about a month ago from Halfords, which was ridiculous that it had gone already, the guy then explained that it could be a battery that was left on the shelf for a long time and had run down, brilliant service by the guys, only charged me a fiver for the battery, can’t fault them for that, took battery back to Halfords and explained what happened showed them my receipt from 3-D, and they duly refunded my money, looks like batteries don’t always last the nine or 12 months they’re supposed to last,

Very helpful with my enquiries regarding my Audi A3 bended blade.
Fast in response and booked in quick appointment at their office for a replacement.
Reasonable price and efficient work. Shout out to Jordan. He was very helpful to replace my blade.

Unfortunately for me, the technician allocated and who came out to fit a new steering lock on my Audi was battling with the removal of pins and hit my rear view mirror, cracking my windscreen. Denying he’d done it, despite me see him repositioning my rear view mirror is now costing me over £200 on a windscreen replacement.

What fantastic service provided, quoted and came out to supply and code a new key within hours, young lad that came was so polite and professional, as was the customer service representative. If ever I need a key in the future, will definitely be in touch, cannot fault the service all round, First Class.

Used 3D Autokeys to replace my intelligent car keys that were both missing. The technician, Lewis, was excellent. Called me half an hour before arrival and was very polite and efficient when he arrived. He quickly programmed two keys for my Nissan Juke, they work perfectly. Thoroughly recommend using 3D Autokeys.

Was given details for this company through a previous gentleman I used and have to say it was a brilliant service came to my house at a time that was convieniant for me the young man believe his name is Tiras was very polite and professional and did not take very long at all sorting a new key price was good to as I expected to pay a lot more

I was recommended this company through RAC. Please if you can find my job you worked on and give the fitter the most amazing praise ever as he was incredible. There is going above and beyond but he smashed through that. My Reg was R9 KYF and was the blue BMW 4 series. Please let him know I am so thankful and Melissa in office was a big help too. For me don’t bother ringing around for another price or service cause these won’t be beaten on both. Incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had quote via e mail the next day, followed by a call confirming what had been written in the email.
I agreed with it and said yes to proceed. This was on the Saturday, Monday PM 3D arrived at my house, 15 minuits later the job (replacement key & fob Honda CR-V) was successfully completed by Lewis Jepson, a very polite & professional tec.

I dont often leave reviews, but from start to finish they have been great. Billy was polite and very knowledgeable quickly cut and programmed the new key. I will always now recommend these guys. Thanks again for your help!

Incredible company. The lovely lady on the phone couldn’t do enough to help me after I lost the blade to my key and the technician who came (big shout out to Billy!) was just fantastic. I had tried another locksmith who was an absolute waste of time and clearly had no idea what he was doing! However Billy sorted me a new key and checked it all thoroughly, sorted within the hour of him arriving 😁 wish I had just called them first!!

Tiras was so efficient cut my key and coded it . Worked brilliantly I only booked them in the morning came same day really couldn’t be more pleased highly recommend

Perfect experience! Emailed for a quote for a spare remote key for my car. Great price within 15 minutes. Rang to arrange a booking which they managed to sort the next day. Engineer (Lewis) turned up as expected. Very quick, friendly and professional service. I will certainly use them again. Keep up the good work...
