It just doesn´t work. They took my order and only after 7 days delayed delivery they came back saying that the vendor had had technical difficulties and they refunded me. I lost a month and I am back to cero

I have used the company now twice and I have been hugely disappointed both times. My latest order placed on June 24, was promised to be sent to my by July 1. Didn't arrive, had to chase them. Finally on the 17th of July I was told that the manufacturer, Express Prototype, didn't have any resin (for my tiny charm!!!!) and thus had cancelled the order and I was supposed to be contacted by the manufacturer for a refund. Nothing happened. A week ago I told 3DCompare it is their responsibility to organise my refund. It is now 26th of July - no refunds, no prints, no messages. The charm was part of a commissioned piece, which is still up in the air. Too much time & effort has been spent on this. I wish I had not decided to give 3DCompare another chance after the first time their manufacturer didn't supply my prints for another project. My contact seems nice, but this is not the way to treat customers.
