Bought a new 2K € 3D printer from 3dcut.it for our research. We are in constant contact with the owner of 3dcutit since we got the printer because the printer isnt working reliable and constantly breaks. The owner of 3Dcutit didnt offer any support at all and forwarded us to the manufacturer. Now after almost 10 months constantly getting replacement parts from the manufacturer to just have it breaking down again and not getting a single reliable print of the machine its clear to us the product is faulty from the beginning. So far the owner of 3Dcutit refuses to give us the warranty and guarantee as stated on his own website and also common law in the EU. Last Email from him was " i m a reseller, if printer have a problem aftermarket flashforge send spares on warranty and video for replace. After 10 months we dont make return".

Very helpful choosing the right printer for my job. Delivered as promised and well packed.
Coming from a hobbyist Prusa printer this industrial printer is day and night... The building quality is what you expect from an industrial printer. Industrial grade linear bearings, solid feeling print table, nice printing head retract system...
The release buttons on the print heads are fantastic. They allow to change filament easy without messing around in firmware menus.

Good customer service, first I received wrong item but they corrected their mistake.

I made a purchase during the covid emergency and despite some shipping problems due to the courier, I received excellent assistance and everything ended perfectly. I was promptly contacted by the seller for a refund, but I preferred to wait.
