I like dealing with this company
Good range of stock at reasonable prices. Much more importantly though, excellent customer service. I had a probelm with a product that I had bought (not the retailer's fault) and 3DJake resolved it immediately and very nicely. The only down-side is that there's about a week wait for deliveries. This is made clear on the web site before you even put an item into the basket though, so it is fair.

An update of order date 5.10.23 had email saying order delayed not good to start with, date today 10.10.23 and to say this is pre ordered delivery was 10th December how can they know delay,, mmmmm I smell fish

There was an issue with customer support opening times (support hours different to website times)
Very helpful in dealing with the delivery problem. UPS at fault.. Note UPS customer services are next to useless in the UK)
I have to thank LUKAS at 3DJAKE for resolving the issue expedited very quickly with excellent communications
will use again just a shame there's no shipper option

Artillery Genius Pro 3D Prinnter
I'm based in UK and wanted reassurance that there would be no extra charges as a result of shipping from Austria. Ross answered my e mail within two hours and assured me that the price charged is the price paid and this was true.
I ordered on the 15th December (busy Christmas period) and delivery was predicted for 23rd December the printer was delivered by UPS on 21st December i.e. 4 working days.
First class service from 3DJake and at a very competitive price, faster delivery than competing Chinese providers and with the assurance that VAT has been paid.
Great response from Ross to two e mail queries that I sent.
Printer works fine as reported in many on line reviews.
