Portrait was beautiful

The whole process of uploading the photo and ordering was simple. The time from ordering to delivery was super fast! The heart shaped 3D engraving of our beloved dog who is no longer with us was absolutely beautiful! I got it for my wife for Valentine’s Day. It brought a tear to her eye when she opened it as it brought back the memory of her best friend. Your artists do exquisite work and the piece is flawless. Even the packaging was awesome. We will definitely be ordering more. Thank you.

The crystal is good quality, the light base appears to have small scratch on the edges, not sure if it's used before but it still works and lights up the crystal art beautifully. I was overall pretty satisfied, just didn't like some aspect of the design of how the branches cut off the face and the hair still had some of the background attached to the outlines... but I understand the limitations for the design team. Since the part of the face behind the branch is distorted, it would require a photo without branches to do a better 3D feel. But as it stands, the outlines of the branch is cutting away the face which makes it look a bit weird at certain angles. So for the price I paid, the crystal is on the pricy side, but a gift is a gift so thanks for trying :)

I ordered a gift for a coworker whose cat passed away. She was so happy with the lasered keychain. Honestly, it came out so nicely. Great workmanship and very special.

They did an awesome job. One of the photos I used was a diagonal position but it still came out great on the Crystal shape that I chose. The price was great. I got two small crystals for the price of one large crystal. Packaging and delivery were great too. My package came in the time anticipated and was enclosed in a nice box.

I needed to create a gift for a very special occasion after a very devastating family occurence. This was custom piece that was put together with a combination of photos. Steve was very receptive and helpful with designing the piece and had it completed way ahead of the date required for the event.

Amazing gift!

Amazing!!! Asked to see a proof and requested two minor changes and the end result was stunning. When my husband saw it he was shocked that something so perfect could be ordered online. He is very critical and always looks at the details and for the first time in all our 20+ years together he had nothing negative to say. Had to ask for a replacement, it was sent out pronto, this keychain has a blue light and pupper is a little more centered.
