Apalling customer service - avoid at all costs!
Ordered a Magician Max based on several positive reviews I'd seen online, which I've now discovered are paid placements... It took longer than anticipated to arrive at my mainland UK address. For the first few times it worked well, however after a very short period of use it began to develop issues. I contacted Mingda's support team, who seemed reluctant to help. After several weeks of me contacting them (and getting nowhere) they decided to send some spare parts to see if they would fix the problems. After a long time, many issues and wasted effort, the printer still had problems, which Mingda's support team refused to acknowledge, saying that it could be 'solved easily' and 'I really hope you can give us a chance to solve the problem', despite the fact that I did give them plenty of chances to resolve it - this was over 3 months after having been rasied initially!
I explicitly asked for a refund over email several times, however each time this was denied or ignored - despite the fact that I was entitled to one by law. I was then ghosted by Mingda, having to resort to getting my bank involved. Having joined their Facebook group I can now see that a lot of people have issues with their Mingda machines and I will not be using them again!
