I contracted 3D to do an office clearance and relocation for me in January of 2022 in the West London area. The service was fantastic, George went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting the best and fairest price, and provided clear timeframes and management throughout.
On the week of the move the team were responsive, polite, professional and courteous. They were very considerate of minimising disruption to my teams work both in the old and new locations as we juggled a working move. I would use 3D’s services again, and will certainly be recommending them to friends and clients looking for office clearance services.

FAILED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CHARITABLE DONATION OF OFFICE FURNITURE BUT ADMITTED TO SELLING ON
we used this company to clear a significant amount of good quality furniture and requested proof of ethical disposal as was told they sent to Ghana for schools only to find they had sold some of it and became aggressive even to the point of the Director George calling my personal number saying “ we don't have to provide you with anything “ make out of this what you wish . We then proceeded to authorise their invoice to be paid but still have not got confirmation that they do what they say with the goods APART FROM selling some of it on . Would not use a company like this again. If they are legitimate in their process then why is it such a problem to send us their process manual or some kind of documentation for our ethical regeneration policy. Thank you for your reply below. What you provided was the name of a shipping company to Ghana, who'm you probably sold the goods to am I correct ? no charitable organisation. I am not adverse to people making a profit in business, but I would have not selected your company if I knew you were not infact giving our furniture away , but profiteering from it.
