Just wanted to share an honest review of this company and how rude the friendly customer service can turn into when you start asking the right questions.
Their website says 'ITEM IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH' and 'BEST PRICE GUARANTEED'.
According to Dean their customer chat representative, dispatch same day will only happen for orders paid for before 11 AM, unfortunately, this fact is hidden before you pay. Further speaking to Director Shaun, he clarified that according to HIM 'Item in stock for immediate dispatch' does not mean immediate dispatch, but just shows a prospective buyer that items is there and can be dispatched immediately, however it will only happen after two days *WHY??* because they have 100s of orders.
Best price guaranteed is another nice fancy sales pitch to lure you into paying for a printer, but when I showed them the item is cheaper elsewhere within AU, they were unable to price match.
Shaun the director even questioned why I bought from them when the printer was cheap elsewhere. Well when I saw IMMEDIATE DISPATCH and only a tenner extra, I fell for that trap. A trap that Shaun and Co had cleverly set and never will admit, beat around the bush when questioned.
On the third day since money has changed hands, tracking shows two packages one picked up on the second day and one yet to be picked up. I am sure, if I hadn't questioned the printer would not have shipped the second day. Shaun the director insists both were picked up and now blaming me as RUDE customer. Well, Shaun, WHY DONT YOU MENTION ON YOUR WEBSITE THE REAL DETAILS OF YOUR IMMEDIATE DISPATCHING AND BEST PRICE GUARANTEE, INSTEAD OF JUST THE NICE SALES PITCHES AND SEE HOW YOUR SALES FALLS.
