Great service

Great service. Ole was good to find out what i needed and offered advice on materials and improvements to my model. Worked out well in the end so Im very happy with the end product.

Received wrong item. Poor customer relationship/PROBLEM SOLVED/satisfied now

I ordered 3Doodler and instead of it I received Wi-Fi router. At their website they state that they answer in 24 hours. Immediately, I sent an email asking about exchange and postage expenses. It has already been one week since I emailed them first. I sent second email couples days later. No answer yet. I have also sent another email today, because I tried to call them and the phone number does not work at all.
I'm not sure what I should do. Should I just keep emailing you every damn day through all your media channels?

ONE WEEK LATER:
After my negative review, I received an answer pretty quickly and the new package was sent out couple days later. Super happy about that. However, from their emails I didn't not understand where should I send first package, again, communication problems. So I just sent it to one of their offices.
I received new package with an extra 3 packages of filament (thank you!) and there was a prepaid postage form inside the box too. I couldn't use that because I already dispatched wrong item at the same day when I picked up the 3Doodler.
I wish this young company good luck and I hope to buy Ultimaker from them in the future ;)
