My first time getting something 3D printed

My first time getting something 3D printed for my home workshop based on some public object files online. I liked the clear explanations on the "about" page both the details of the company and also on their choices such as PETG only. Given how little I understand about 3D printing and the vast array of options on some other sites I found this very straight forward.

After printing, Josh rang me to let me know one of the printed models looked a bit delicate. I sent him details of what it was for and how it should look in the end and he checked it over. The parts arrived promptly and everything looked and worked exactly as I'd hoped.

I'm glad I chose a straightforward company and I will use them again in the future.
