Louise was super helpful, responding to a pre-order enquiry really quickly, and updating their delivery options for Jersey. Placed an order for the Micro-Swiss Wanhao extruder upgrade, which arrived within a few days and was easy to fit. Beneficial upgrade to my i3+, and really impressed with 3dprintz customer service. Will use again, recommended

We pride ourselves on fast shipping times so I went and had a look at your order history to see if I could work out what went on. Your only order in 2024 under the provided email is #15123. Please let me know if you have another order under a different email. In relation to #15123 you ordered at 7am on Nov 22 2024. That order was dropped to the post office at 4pm on Nov 22 2024 and from the Royal Mail tracking number I can see it was handed to you at 1pm on Saturday November 23rd at 1pm. So that is 30 hours from order placement to being in your hand. Im really confused by your slow shipping comment. Please feel free to email me if you have a different order to discuss and I will refund any shopping charges for genuine slow shipping times.
