The price was excellent but…
The price was excellent but the PLA immediately blocking my PTFE tube. There is no details on the box for settings and had to go to website to find out. Now its a case of whether it is wrong temp and or speed or whether it is just poor filament.
This was my first foray from Prusament and I'm starting to regret it!

Hi Jonathon,
Sorry to hear you had a problem with your printer. It is very unlikely the filament caused a blockage in your PTFE tube as this can only happen if the diameter is wildly out of tolerance and our filament is very strictly controlled.
All our filaments have the print temperature ranges on the reel and most of them also, on the box. Other settings are the choice of the user.
As you will see from our other reviews, we hardly ever see issues with our filaments. If you do see an issue in future, please give us a call on 01952 924005 or contact us by email and we will do our best to support you.
