Great Customer Service
Had issues with the delivery as it was Royal Mail whilst they were on strike. As a result in order to get the product in time for Christmas I phoned and reordered for next day courier delivery with the intention of returning the original item once it arrived. Of course the original then arrived shortly after my reorder. The Customer Service was excellent and managed to cancel / refund the new order and was really helpful.

Not next day delivery

Received phone call from Peter who refunded the next day delivery charge with sincere apologies for Very poor courier.
2.85 filament received ran exceptionally well on my old Velleman K8200.
Will definitely use 3D Printz again
