Bad sim. Bad company. Bad insurance

I’ve got advice for everyone don’t use the 3G company because it’s really bad really fake company. Don’t trust entrance from the 3G they don’t give you back the phone. Really bad company really bad service i’m not happy at all. They don’t trust any customers

Guys avoid this company at any costs, it is a proper scam!
The sped of Internet is absolutely horror, and they overcharge your bill..
It is a proper scam, avoid it.

3 network is a rip-off company they…
3 network is a rip-off company they don’t provide the service that they charging the customers. But when you want to cancel your contract, they will ask for a early termination fee when they don’t even provide the service.10/10 NOT RECOMMEND please don’t use this network.Avoid at all cost don't waste your hard earn money on three the network is zero to non having to keep switching my phone of twice or more a day to get a network, three not bother about what you going through and when you call them they will sweet talk you, nut nothing get sorted eve. My biggest mistaken was coming back to 3after i left more thank 5 years ago thinking things would be better now and there is changes ooh boy I'm soo wrong in thinking sure.

I left 3g 2017 and there was an outstanding balance I disputes this as it was quite alot, but in the end I had to pay this, so I did 2018 I joined experian to sort my credit rating out and 2g hadn't removed this, they said they would, now 2022 re joined experian and 3g is still on there I spoke to them and they said nothing they can do I have to remove this, which is not the case as experian advised me I cant, rang up numerous times to get told the same thing and they also said I can wait 6 years for it to clear, again not right or fair then the last guy hung up on me as he diddnt want to deal with me.
Quick enough to take money but not sort out any thjng

Avoid this company 3G net

I can't find a zero star to give this company please be careful with them they are cheating, they opend account on my name and charged me, the number I never heard about it and never use it, it took 1 years to cancel all my account with them and leave them, after I lost more than 900 hundreds pound, even after the cancellation they did not stop take from my bank till I call my bank to not give them access to my account.
The most disgusting company please avoid them.

I have had the worst experience with this company!!! They're adding accounts without my permission and my credit score gets negative feedback from them. Took me 3 years to get rid of them !!! Stay away and protect yourself from stress and fraud doing to you people.

I've tried to contact 3g twice…

I've tried to contact 3g twice regarding an email I need to receive from them, regarding an insurance claim for a new phone. They assure me that the email will be sent, but no luck so far. PLEASE WILL SOMEBODY FROM 3G GET BACK TO ME.

After spending the last ten years or so…

After spending the last ten years or so with EE and a happy Bunny, i was due for an upgrade but three had a nice offer on and sucked me right in. The plan was actually around a tenner more expensive than EE , I should have stayed where I was as i never had a problem before, This bundle however for the grand total of fifty pounds plus a tenner insurance came with a shiny new Apple watch. it was due to be delivered round about now, first they said it was delayed, then they said i would have to email them proof that i was indeed offered this deal , in other words send them the contract they sent me a week ago????? Now as another customer has said they are trying every trick in the book to stop me cancelling during the cooling off period! Avoid at all costs, they will allow my cancellation supposing i have to get someone to drive me to England and take it to the bloomin office!!!

I’m using 3G from last 12 years Since last year the network become bad. You can’t get a hold on them Whenever you call me and they will tell you this in that but they never resolve the issue I recommend not to buy from them There customer service is very bad

cancel contract

took out plan 17/1/20 at 5pm called monday 18/1/20 at 8am in morning to cancel after reading small print of how 3g raise prices in april rpi cost and is higher than any other network 4.5% anyways so well within my 14 days spoke to useless colleagues in india who tried selling me additional products all asking why you leaving all not to bright then transferring me or hanging up even did live chat which confirmed cancel contract have a copy of this anyway rang over and over same mess about. Got sim today 19/1/20 so wasn't cancelled even logged complaint on resolver and 3g website and over the phone no luck, spoke to someone in uk at last she said im not the team need to transfer i was like pls not india call centre again she said well it goes where it goes india well guess what went to india centre saying he is right person to cancel contract anyway took my details then on the sly gave call to someone else who said she in sales got her manager to be transferred to returns wasted hours and hours with these clown to cancel a contract which should of been done before it was shipped told them well in advance before 24 hours anyway one colleagues after another one hold after another a guy said he cancelled it said i want complaint team again the day before spoke to woman in india complaints said her name stella yea right and today she said she only woman called stella in complaints i said i spoke to you day before she denied it and said would get deadlock letter as i logged this also with ombudsman as will be taking this matter further and to make matters worse even looked online to cancel these guys charge you £1.49 service charge LOL!! so called back again for the 20th time the guy said you not business customer as incompetent automated service transferred me to them i just asked for confirmation of cancellation was told email confirmation be sent all liars so he transferred me before i could say anything they dont even put notes on account so they cant be traced they think because half way across the world they can get away with it and 3g lets them not bright all of them anyway speaking to this guy said your account suspended strange said it should be cancelled said i have early termination charge and have to wait 30 days i was like what this clown on about i took contract on sunday evening told them monday morning to cancel he said i owed them £724 i was like what he on about like he on drugs that must be all of them in the india centre this guy on about from a £8 basic sim contract hasnt even been used shouldnt been posted so i asked him his name he started going hello hello like he couldnt hear me and transferred the call well done 3g for these dodgy selling practices i have call recorded and live chat transcript so when ombudsman get involved bad news for you will be seeking hefty compensation sorry send messages complaint logged and resolved how these not bright people didnt even contact me to resolve anything took contract with o2 but had to change payment details said to cancel contract and re set up done easily in 2 min with these clown still not sorted contacted my bank to stop 3g getting a penny they think by making people spend hours on calls they give up and 14 days pass and they got you kept getting asked why you leaving one answer terrible god awful service reported to offcom aswell never met a company that is so incompetent 20 colleagues and not one descent one and issue still not resolved so don't believe me i dare you take a contract with them and see and i tried cancelling contract 14 hours after i took it out imagine when they get there claws in you also claimed i was racist england pig but as i told them im indian also so how can i be racist towards my own kind

Incorrect Prices Shown on Website

This company often puts up incorrect prices for deals through Three mobile. Three times I have looked up different phones on different plans (iPhone 11/Samsung Galaxy S20/iPhone XR) and three times it has made it seem like a good deal, until you click through to Three's website where the real deal is revealed in the basket.

The latest I have found is the Galaxy S20, which Three have great deals on anyway. On 3g.co.uk it currently has a deal for 100GB data for £29 UFC with the monthly cost being £40, yet when you click through to Three's actual website the deal is actually £39 UFC for a monthly cost of £40. Not a massive difference, sure, but for budget conscious people who may not double check the price once it is in the basket it wouldn't be great. False advertising at its finest!

It is also not obvious to people that this website has nothing to do with Three Mobile. I have phoned Three Mobile to inquire about these deals and was told by the agent that 3g.co.uk is not a website that Three give affiliate deals to.
