I’ve had an amazing experience with 3HLinen. Their product is excellent, I couldn’t be happier with the look and quality. Customer service was also very impressive. They contacted me to verify a detail about my order and responded right away when I accidentally entered incorrect address information, always communicating in kind and helpful ways.

Great quality! Since I was looking for linen that I could use to store fresh-made bread, I needed to be certain of the source and what it was made of. 3H provided that information, promptly, and to my satisfaction. Very nice piece of fabric! I'd buy it again from 3H.

The curtain I received was stunning! However, the delivery took much longer than I had anticipated.

I would give negative stars if I could. False advertising, refusing to honour the advertised and purchased price, telling me I had to pay thousands more than what I had paid in order to receive the items, and blaming a website error for pricing mistake but still advertising at that price 6 days later. They refused to honour the order and said they have cancelled it (even though I wanted exactly what I ordered and even offered to compromise on some of the sizing if that was better for them.) but they have not refunded my money.

Absolute scam and waste of money. Do not trust. Really hoping to at least get my money back but would have rather had the items I’ve ordered.

(Edit) more lies in response below. I had an order for 8 sets of curtains/blinds at $776, amazing price and was stoked with the order. I have screenshots of the advert being up showing the pricing advertised still up 6 days later. Not only did I purchase the only blind size available at the advertised price, I also have sent you photos showing this is the correct size for most of our windows, which is why I chose that size.
I have screenshots of your website which showed cancelled but not refunded at the time of this review, and screenshots of my credit card showing no refund at time of review.
The refund did not get actioned until after this review, I'm glad I posted the review, as at least it prompted you to action the refund. It’s very on brand of you to lie about it in your response.

Happy to provide all evidence and screenshots to trust pilot as this is my exact experience, it’s not embellished.

I purchased fabric samples from 3Hlinen before placing my order. When the ordered curtain arrived the fabric didn’t match the sample and therefore looked bad in a newly built room. I reached out to customer service but they just made the excuse that the curtain wasn’t made from the same fabric dye lot as the samples. They had me send pictures which clearly showed the variation or that the curtain was made in the wrong color. Customer service offered 10% off to remake it in the correct color.
I didn’t get what I ordered and their customer service does nothing to correct mistakes.
I’m very disappointed that they sell samples and then the product doesn’t match!

These curtains are incredibly well made. The blackout curtains are fantastic, offering nice quality and beauty!
