I paid for two day shipping to expedite…

I paid for two day shipping to expedite the order- but didn’t receive the order 5 days later, still hadn’t shipped until I called to inquire about it

Thank you for your order from 3iD Management. Your order number is 3009, placed 12/03/2019 at 08:12AM. I placed the order tuesday with three day- should have gotten it Friday- it shipped on friday

12-3 is a tuesday!!

Your issue was escalated to our Sr Management in Customer Care group and we found that the representative yesterday researched a different order # when referencing this issue. I apologize for that human error and miscommunication.

Order # 3009 was placed on 12/3 at 8:12am., you are absolutely correct. The order was sent to Allegion order processing on 12/3 at 9:09am. Allegion processing timelines did lag on this order and we apologize.

I will issue you a credit to refund the UPS 3Day Select shipping fee, plus email you a special discount code for your next purchase. We hope you will accept our apology and we hope to work with you again.

I have ordered from 3id several times…

I have ordered from 3id several times and the company has always been great. Last time I ordered the sales rep noticed that I could have ordered a different and cheaper product to meet my needs. She called and made me aware and as a result we saved a bit of cash. Good company!

Why is it that when I am making an…

Why is it that when I am making an order for cards, I have to select the shipping speed 3 different times, because it doesn't seem to stay when moving through the order process? That is kind of annoying.

Thank you for the feedback. We allow customers to view shipping rates from their shopping cart without having to provide payment information. We want you to have a smooth, easy shopping experience. You can skip that option by clicking the orange "proceed to checkout" button from your shopping cart. Then you will only have to enter the shipping and billing information once. Excellent Customer Service

Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We had a tight time frame for some custom expiring badges and when I had any reservations on if we were going to receive them on time, my rep was able to expedite the process to make sure we got them. I'll definitely be back when I run out, great service!
