I receive the wrong product. And It's been more than a week since they said they'd sent the replacement, but I didn't get anything.

I had a perfect experience with 3INA. They have a wide range of products, including wacky colours of lipstick and mascara (which I was particularly interested in). All products came shipped in minimal packaging and free of unnecessary plastic. I will definitely be buying from them again and will recommend their brand.

I bought a couple things a few years ago and always loved the eyeliner (lasts ages too) but hadn't tried much else. I recently did a fairly big order and didn't know what to expect from the quality. Let me tell you, the quality of the lipstick, blush and mascara (and eyeliner of course) are next level! I got the Every Single Day Mascara and it is PERFECT. It genuinely lasts all day, doesn't smudge at all and is dead easy to take off! Everything I have been looking for in a mascara! And the No-Rules Cream blush - a little goes a long way and stays so well! And the lipstick - I used it for my sisters wedding last week, I was eating and drinking all days and only reapplied once, and even then it didn't need much topping up! 3ina is definitely my new go to makeup

I was thrilled to find a company, who offers vegan, crueltyfree products that are also longlasting. I bought vegan longlasting lipsticks (hard to find outside the internet) and an eyeliner. The colours are awesome and it‘s lasting almost the whole day (when you est sth you might have to apply a little bit more closer to your mouth but that‘s no problem).
I‘m gonna try out some other colours and products soon.

The eyeliners were great to use.They were easy to apply and didn't fade all day.

The ordering was easy, however can't rate the goods as they have not arrived. I ordered them 10 days ago.

I placed my order several days ago and I have been sending emails asking what is going on with my order, why it is not shipped yet. Nobody is answering, even though I sent several reminders. I am afraid that this site is a scam, because honestly I receive no response....I have prepaid 70 euros for my order, so it is very frustrating, I do not know what to do at this point!

I had already bought a lipstick from 3INA because of the gorgeous color. A wonderful hot pink, hard to find on the market. The fact that 3INA does not test on animals was for me a plus, so I bought another 2
The only thing I may complain, is that this lipstick does dry lips out, it’s imperative to use a lipgloss on top, this depends probably on the mat texture
