Arrogant is an understatement
Asked for a VAT receipt as their website and eBay site said they are fully VAT registered and a full receipt will be supplied. What a load of rubbish. Just said it was too late to print one. Any normal company would have just scanned one and sent a pdf to your email of the document that is on their file, too much hassle for them now no answer. Clearly a shoddy outfit. Many other respectable suppliers out there so steer clear. If its got VAT on it supply a VAT invoice!! All evidence of events sent to Trust Pilot to confirm my statement above is factual.
