Terrible service, no manager to speak to regarding service. Sent invoices but didn't follow up for payment until months later.
Stay away from this company. This company took payments from us twice per month when we had no idea who they were. We tried finding them from their credit card name "Digital Marketing Services" which yields dozens of businesses that go by that name. There is no phone number showing on our statement. Our business was not in a position to cancel our credit card and our credit card company could not stop the payments either since they too could not determine who they were in order to dispute the charges. We finally are in a position to cancel our card and low and behold it was 411.ca who contacted us. For 3 years they didn't correspond with us, no invoices, statements or calls. They tried to tell me there was an email block on their end that prevented their invoices from going through, yet they didn't have any problem getting their email to go through to the same address alerting us that the payments were declined. Adding insult to injury, when I searched our business name on their site, nothing comes up. At best, they are a company who operates with unethically, at worst they are complete scammers. A Huge scam!! They asked me a few question about my business and sent me a bill for over $700 even though i never agreed to anything. Stay far away from these guys...
Their sales call starts with a lie. It most likely ends with a lie.
They called me asking about my business and services making me think it's a customer at first, then she says "my manager told me to call you, don't worry this is not a sales call. I'm going to transfer you to her, she wants to have a word". Then the manager starts selling lol.
Come on! You think people will trust you like that?
Any how, the person goes on and on. Then, when I tell he about their negative reviews online, she says "we don't care about that". Here you go. Another negative review not to care about. Cheers.
i had retained 411.ca to enhance my companies exposure on the internet. At the time, they had a preliminary listing for my company, but the information- including the phone number was wrong. I pointed this out to them, they agreed to fix that immediately. I didn't check, which was stupid. Searching my companies name now returns that stale information from 411- people can't even phone me! i pointed this out to them, quit paying for the NON service. They sent my file to a bill collector, people can still try to contact me with a phone number that is more than 10 years out of date.
