One of the worst experiences

The real reviews are on Yelp and here me NOT fake reviews paid for on Google

One of the worst professional interactions I’ve ever had.

Beware of STEVEN SINGH HR so called MANAGER

This person noted above should not be in the position he’s in, what a disgrace to the company. Whatever high horse he’s on he needs to come down to earth with the rest of the people in this world.

I approached this company in good faith while trying to secure employment, and the experience I had with the representative was absolutely unacceptable. The individual I dealt with displayed zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero understanding of how to speak to people—especially someone seeking honest employment.

Instead of offering guidance, clarity, or even basic courtesy, he acted with a level of arrogance that was completely unwarranted. His attitude suggested he believed his position put him above everyone else. He was dismissive, condescending, unhelpful, and made no effort whatsoever to communicate clearly or respectfully.

For someone working in a position that deals with people, this behaviour is beyond disappointing—it’s a reflection of extremely poor customer service standards. No one looking for work, or even requesting simple information, should be treated with that level of disrespect.

This encounter has shown me exactly what kind of leadership and internal culture the company is allowing, and it speaks volumes. If this is the kind of treatment they provide to potential employees, it’s no surprise others have negative experiences as well.

Serious retraining, oversight, and accountability are needed immediately. No applicant or customer should ever be spoken to or treated the way I was.
