Excellent customer service and high-quality items. They communicate thoroughly with customers and are incredibly transparent about international shipping and do the absolute most to help customers through customs, etc... especially considering U.S. tariffs, during the implementation of which they were incredibly clear about shipping costs and offered to cover some of the costs that would've otherwise fallen on buyers without precedent. However, shipping is very expensive compared to other companies who I've ordered from based overseas, and given being based in China orders take a while to arrive (maybe a month?).
