No Coverage outside country

Stranded in Barcelona with no Idea that my phone would not work. I did everything - my companions tried everything, but no service. This is not what I expected or I would have made alternate arrangements. Will shortly be doing so

Can't send or receive sms

Can't send or receive sms during my contract. Spend 2 hours talking to an agent doing what they said. No solution. Told it will be escalated to another team and I'll receive an sms whenever I can. So I'm not getting the service I paid for, asked for a refund or a free month next month or some kind of action to back up the "sorry for the inconvenience". Nothing. We don't do cancelation. So I've paid, can't send or receive texts for how long? God knows. Any compensation for that or 2 hours trying to solve it? No. Not worth it. I won't ever pay for 48 again.

While the price point is great

While the price point is great, I find a lot of the time the Internet is very slow; to a point where I wonder at times what I'm paying for. My main mobile use would be for the Internet so it's very disappointing. I had previously been with Three with no connection issues so expected the same service as 48 is powered by Three...

When you run out of credit u are lost…

When you run out of credit u are lost coz u can't speak text or email them coz u have no credit. Which is ridiculous in this day and age. Only I have auto renew it's grand. But it happened to me previously and only for my partner phone I'd still be there with a phone that does nothing

I have been with 48 from pretty early…

I have been with 48 from pretty early in their development and have been delighted to have seen them grow and indeed thrive. In the early days when roaming there were a few glitches but happy I stuck with 48. I sing the praises of 48 when mobile service providers come up in conversation and recommend 48 regularly..
