When Customer Service Counts;

Within the last few days I ordered product from them. Without going into the sordid details (sarcasm). There was a hiccup in getting my account details straightened out and getting shipping details. All was fixed by their excellent customer service on 04/08/2021. Take a bow Sam!

I had an issue on my end with delivery…

I had an issue on my end with delivery and reached out to 499ink. I got an answer back quickly and so nice. Even though they couldn't solve my problem Sam took the time to email me and give options for me. I will buy again these people are amazing and can't beat the prices. Thanks Sam.

Polite and Professional Service

Had a small issue with the order that I placed with 499Inks. I sent an email to that regard, and my email was responded to by a gentleman named Sam Parker. His politeness, positive attitude, and level of professionalism was truly top notch. He offered me viable options for remedying my issue, and made certain that I had the information that I needed to make a choice that was suitable for me.
I am grateful for his patience, and assistance. Sam Parker is, without doubt, an asset to your company/team. He deserves to be highly commended...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Worst remanufactured ink company out there. Spent $50 on 2 HP cartridges and stopped working after a few uses. Patrick from customer service wanted me to fix them because he said that they were dried out. They supposedly have a 100% replacement guarantee. They refused to replace it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ‼️

These guys are the WORST

These guys are the WORST! I have an HP 477 printer. Their "helper" told me the cartridges I needed for my printer, I order 2 sets. When I received them they were laser cartridges, not ink. I had to pay $60 to ship them back. They charged me a restocking fee of 20% too.

Why I ordered my new cartridges from them is beyond me, but I was in a hurry. I received them, put one set in my printer and the printer rejected them as "already used." After going back and forth MANY times with them, they determined they will never work with my printer. They have help up printing at my business for weeks now. I've been trying to exchange them for HP direct - and they just drop off the face of the earth for a week plus and say very little each time. These guys are NOT a real company. They DO NOT stand behind anything. They lie. DO NOT buy from them!!!

Worst ink cartridge company ever

Worst ink cartridge company ever. First off they charge my card send me a confirmation email and never send my ink... after 10 days I call them to see where it was and they said that it looked like a “suspicious” charge therefore they never sent the ink. If it was so “suspicious” why did you keep my money and never call me / communicate with me that they was this suspicious activity... all other ink companies I’ve dealt with prior only charges The card once it’s shipped. Not charge and then don’t ship. Even when I brought this to the attention of the customer service rep who claims they sent an email( totally untrue- I checked my junk folder and inbox) then why didn’t you call me if you planned on holding on to the money. I believe if you can’t get a hold of the customer if they are so concerned with the “suspicious” activity they should of just refunded the money. Seems like a dishonest company to me.. I’ll never go business with them again!

Good service

Good service. Made 1 mistake in 10 orders and they promptly remedied to it. Got a bunch of laser toner cartridges from them. 2 didn't work but all the rest worked. Good company. Not perfect but they fix their mistakes.

Buy somewhere else

My shipment was 4 days late, and the color cartridge was empty according to my printer. I immediately requested a replacement, and when I was replied to, I was told my case was "escalated." That was 10 days ago. Since then, some of my emails inquiring about this have been ignored, and my recent one said it was shipped, but "as the tracking is not working and will work in a day or two please wait for the package for some days to be delivered to you." I call bull on that. Ups says, "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days." I will never order from them again!

Wrong item shipped; Not their issue - Very Bad Service

Well I like the product and the price is I cannot order from this company again. The customer service really was bad. I have tried for over a month to explain to customer service they sent me the wrong item. It is frustrating because email is the only way to communicate. My answers come late in the day; just as the rep leaves for the day. And There is no resolution to date. Further, I have to figure out what next steps I need to take to get them to understand they made an error and now they refuse to fix it. I cannot recommend this company in good faith to anyone. Beware or be prepared to fight. It seems like their customer service has come just short of calling me a liar as I have explained multiple times they did not send me the correct item on my order; stop sending me the same tracking no. I also keep chasing them for information Which should be the reps primary function. I.E.. when my order is shipping, out of stock on some things, your order is shipping in multiple shipments, and here is your tracking information; just the normal functions of customer service. And this is not Covid19, when does customer service not preform basic duties of customer service.

These people are impossible to work…

These people are impossible to work with when you need to make a return. I couldn't get them to respond to me so I put a dispute on the credit card charge. They finally let me return the product, but said I had to release the payment with my credit card in order to get a refund. I released it and they never sent my refund or credit thru my credit card. I would never consider doing business with them again and tell all my office friends to beware of this company.

Bad Business to deal with-Purchased 2…

Bad Business to deal with-Purchased 2 inks, only received 1 ink in box that was damaged/ marked with hand writtten red marker "NEW". After 3 calls to customer service 3 weeks after original order(order claims 2-5 business days for delivery), find out that 1 ink was never in stock and a refund will be issued. Never gave me explanation why I wasn't notified. Still waiting for refund. Do not recommend this company. This company also goes by the name of Easy Group LLC.

Customer filed this online complaint and a charge-back at the same time, we responded the same day as per below message, to offer refund/resolution to the customer. Copy of email sent to customer:

It has come to our attention that you did not receive the yellow cartridge from your order, and we apologize for the delay in response. But records and tracking show that you have received all else. If you have received anything that is damaged, we were not made aware of this till now. We will send you and email with an RMA number and a return label for all items that you would like to return and be refunded for. Once all is returned ,we will refund you accordingly. We have also tried refunding your account for the missing yellow cartridge, but due to this open dispute case by Paypal , your account is not available for refunds till this case is settled. Please feel free to contact us , and please look for the RMA return email. thank you

We then sent an RMA number and label for the return of the items customer claims were damaged, in order to process the return/refund.
Refund was subsequently completed.

Horrible Company, Terrible Product, Pathetic Customer Service!!!!!

Horrible Company!!! Got our ink and started using them. Had multiple issues with the printer not being able to read the chip. Called the customer service number, never got a call back. Finally talked with someone via email and phone, they kept sending me links to fix issues. Nothing worked, finally got fed up with the inks and ordered from 123inkjets.com and all ink that we received worked right out of the box. Called and emailed this company multiple times to get refund on unopened ink cartridges and got no where with it. Finally just called the bank and have them deal with a fraudulent case.....still pending. Be very careful with this company as their ink cartridges are of very low quality, pathetic customer service via phone or email and will not uphold their end of the "our inks are guaranteed"!!!! Waste of money and fraudulent company, buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not stand behind satisfaction

499 Ink does not live up to its word about a 100% customer satisfaction. I purchased $75 dollars worth of INK the last week in July. As of today 8/7/2018 I have not received the ordered ink. The tracking indicates that there was a problem with address and now no one knows where the ink is. USPS stopped tracking on 8/2. When I contacted the company they were hostile and unwilling to refund my number. The person I spoke wanted to get rid of me so he passed my call. But no one answered. So as of today, 8/7 no one knows where my package is or when I will receive it. As for my refund I will not see that unless they eventually get the cartridges back. So no cartridges and no money. Something very wrong will never use this company again. 100% customer satisfaction is not what they stand behind.
