Excellent Service
It was the first time I ordered from this company.
The website was very easy to navigate and although I wasn't able to remember my printer model they made it easy for me to figure out.
I was skeptical about $4.99 ink cartridges but tried them.
They were GREAT! Exactly like name brand clarity.
I would recommend this site to anyone looking for ink!

The ink is easy to order. Fast shipping. I've used you for a couple of years now, the service gets better all the time. I really appreciate the price. I'm a senior citizen with a low income, it's nice to know I don't have to cut something to get the ink I need.

Good price but colors are way off

The colors in the tricolor cartridge I ordered do not print true to color making them pretty much unusable for the purpose I need.
I also had to print my color check sheet 6 times before it became even remotely close to true colors, at first it made every color a shade of purple or blue, this caused me to waste a lot of the ink so in the long run the price saving isn't much.

We are sorry about the trouble you are reporting and will reach out to you to try and resolve. Sometimes the solution is simple like ensuring the breather hole is adequately opened on the cartridge to allow ink to flow, or adjusting color settings, sometimes a replacement will solve the issue.
Ink Leaks
When I opened the cartridge, there was an explosion. Ink was all over my hand and on the floor. I thought it was a fluke, but purchased two more cartridges and the same thing happened. So sad, but you get what you pay for in this case. The first cartridge leaked so bad, is was unusable and nothing would print.

My Epson WP-4020 uses 4 cartridges; purchasing the original manufacturer 4 pak costs approx. $120.
I purchased 499inks.com 4 pak two weeks ago. Though I was skeptical about 499inks price of $40.00 + $4.99 shipping (you know, "you get what you pay for), this purchase has proven that that is not always the case.
The 4 pak was delivered in a timely manner, within a week and half. Installation, ink color intensity and cartridge response is exactly the same as the Epson; even the supply level window shows the correct amount without a hitch. So my experience has been wonderful.
Why 4 stars instead of 5? Time will tell if the ink lasts as long as my previous Epson cartridges, which lasted more than a year (family of 3, medium usage). If they continue to be non-problematic as they are now, then 5 stars to ya!

Refilled Lexmark Black Ink Cartridge for $4.99
- Installed easily, just like a brand new one
- Have printed twice and works fine so far
- No plastic strip covering the cartridge like brand new ones have, but doesn't seem to affect quality so no big deal
- Shipping was a rip off, about ~5$ and package weight was about an ounce, should have been less
- Overall, product works and is reasonably priced (except for the shipping)

Never received the shipment but your company gave me great customer service
I tracked the package but it said it was delivered in/or to the mailbox but when I got home there was no package. I spoke to the post office who is looking into the details. If this was left on the stoop instead of having someone sign for it, this was a mistake. Things left on stoops can be taken by anyone. 499inks.com has been very helpful in wanting to resolve this and has made a troubling first experience into one where I will use them again. Thank you 499inks.com for being so understanding and responsive to this problem. They reshipped the order as I type.
