This was my first time ordering from here. It was my second time ordering mugs for my business. I placed the order on November 18th, and it wasn't ready until the first week of December. I understand that the Thanksgiving holiday may have caused delays with production. I didn't receive the mugs until the second week of December. I am very happy that the none of the mugs were broken. However, there were twelve mugs that the design was messed up on making the mugs not sellable. I am happy with Stephan, my point of contact for my order.

I guess you get what you pay for them. 4 mugs cake damaged, but that could be from shipping and handling. Just a heads up these should not be placed in the dishwasher. The stickers will come off.

Zero quality control exists when ordering mugs. The first shipment received was full of defects. My company logo was distorted, deformed, misprinted, smudged and scratched. The ceramic was bubbled, dimpled, chipped and disfigured. I asked for a reprint of the order. While granted, the same defects existed. If any quality control exists at this facility, a conscious choice was made to ship the items with these defects. Avoid ordering these products from this company at all costs!

This was an isolated issue with this order. The factory did not properly complete the imprinting process which caused these issues. The order was redone. We rarely have this issue but if we do it is always corrected.
