This bag was a hit at our first event. The bag is a decent size with a good strap and easy use zipper. Con is that the top sides of the zipper closures are not sewn closed - it doesn't matter as long as the bag is pretty full. The logo placement and type is good where it doesn't seem to come off or rub off easily. The company did correct the issue of the phone number not being printed on the bag for our event. Customer service is great from verifying cost, shipping, and correcting errors.
