They seemed a bit cheap and the ball markers all broke when we tried to take them off. Edit 9/4 - after being in contact with a representative, I learned that the ball markers were not meant to be reconnected to the divot tool. My misunderstanding of the product. So it works as advertised.

The divot tool is great. The ball markers almost all broke when trying to take them off the divot tool. I did get a partial refund but the product is not what I expected. The ball marker is stuck into the divot so tight that you can’t get it out without breaking it.

Unfortunately, we could not use the product. The ball markers do not come out of the repair tool. We actually ended up snapping 3 of them before we managed to wiggle one out. We had to return them because they aren't usable for our marketing tools for clients.

The ball marker often broke off when separating it from the divot repair tool. Still usable, but have to keep it in your pocket separate rather than attached to the tool.
THANKS FOR YOUR FOLLOW UP. I will never buy it again; the ball marker is next to IMPOSSIBLE to remove from the divot repair tool....THEN, if you get it to dislodge...the small plastic leg breaks off, rendering it useless.
Great product for this price point.
