The quality of the bag is good and the value is solid as well. My issue is comes with the fact that the logo goes on the side of the small flap which takes away from the size of the image. I had a feeling our image, with lettering, would appear small if it went on the side of the flap so I requested it to go on the "flat side" (without the flap). I mentioned that in my request and again after we received the product which has gone unacknowledged. I still have no word from our rep as to how or why we didn't receive the logo on the flat side (without the flap).
