Wow! This company says they're about customer service and they are. After getting very nice water bottles for a 9th grade class the year prior, I ordered 100 sunglasses customized for an end of the year second grade party in June. They ran out of the color I chose, which is so common now, I didn't think much of it. But, I was pleasantly surprised that when I told them my second choice, they rushed the order to me so I still had it a day before the party. Sadly, they were too small! I emailed my contact, Jaimee Brodeur, immediately, asking if the wrong size was sent because it was clearly for toddlers.They looked fantastic, by the way--just too small. Honestly, I had hoped to get at least some money back but wasn't counting on it. Jaimee responded right away, apologized (I know--how rare is that?), and issued the credit. I'm still stunned with how much they cared about my experience. Phenomenal customer service. Will definitely use again!

In the new era of COVID19, I wanted a new solution for eye protection for my dental patients. Added bonus - these sunglasses come individually wrapped. My patients get to wear them during their dental appointment and then take home. They love them!
