4AllPromos: Incompetence on an epic scale. Three weeks into an order that was supposed to be o one-week turnaround, I called and was told that the product was out of stock. I ordered an in-stock replacement and was told that delivery would be expedited. It was, but to a random address 1500 miles away. My event is tonight and I have gotten nothing from this company but disappointment. "Unhappy Customer" does not begin to describe my state of mind.
