I appreciate that the resolution team accepted the return, so I want to give them credit for working with me on that. My frustration is that the company continues to insist the product description is accurate, despite the product photos and wording leading me to believe I was purchasing a fabric first aid pouch. The listing repeatedly refers to a "case," and the images do not clearly communicate that the product is simply a plastic zip-top bag. I would have gladly paid the small additional cost for the fabric version had I known what I was actually ordering. Instead, I spent over $450 on items that weren't suitable for the purpose I purchased them for. I hope they reconsider updating the product description so future customers know exactly what they're buying. A simple statement that the kit comes in a plastic zip-top pouch would have prevented this entire situation.
