The sunglasses were a hit but I wasn’t impressed by the customer service. I paid for one day production time and after not receiving them in time I called and they said, “Oh that was our factory that was hit with the hurricane.” I responded with, “Was someone going to call and inform me of this?” So then because I called they made the 600+ sunglasses that day and said they would overnight them, but they didn’t, and we received them a day too late. When I called Jean he ensured me they’d reimburse me for the extra charges we paid for with the “1 day production” and that he would also reimburse the shipping, but he didn’t do either of those things. I followed up again and he hasn’t responded. I wouldn’t use this service again and I do not recomended. I had a “sneaky vibe” from them from the beginning, unfortunately. I’m glad there are many more options out there though.

The sunglasses will work great for our event. Unfortunately, were not printed as I had requested. I wanted logos on both arms of sunglasses. Person assisting me stated she never received the email with that request. I had also placed it through my order.
