Font is to small for my senior client and color is not vivid.

We're sorry that this item did not meet your expectations! We can see how the imprint area of 3 3/8" W x 1 3/8" H would be may be too small for your use case, and we certainly would have issued a warning if the font size were too small to print less than 6pt.
