Great service at the time of order - but imprint did not last long
Great service at the time of order. Competitive price. Shipped quickly. -- Only issue is the imprint does not last. Used the measuring spoon only a few times, and the imprint is almost gone. Spoon is fine, my name and info is just gone already.

Disappointed First time customer
When I reached out to place an order, I received prompt attention and everyone was very kind throughout the entire process. I paid extra for 1-day production as my event was a couple weeks away. I was promised that my items would arrive in time for my event. Needless to say, I did not receive my order in time for my event and I was highly dissappointed. However, I did receive a full refund with no problem.

Great Service!
Shelby answered all of my questions quickly and effectively, and she helped me place an order for water bottles (and wristlets). The great artwork was completed quickly and sent for approval. The bottles reached us within a few days, in plenty of time for our event. I can't say enough good things about this company!
