It's a scam. The software doesn't work, and when you contact customer service, you get caught in a loop. They appear to intentionally delay the refund process, making it impossible to get your money back for the ineffective product. Avoid is my advice

I have used the software to recover a failed external disk drive, failed as in windows did not recognized it, it used to work and now it does not. Every file was recovered.
I contacted Customer support for a license move as I have brought a new P.C, my old one is the one the license is linked to and it was sorted out very quickly

I want to share my unfortunate experience with this company, which appears to be a China-based fraud operation. After reading reviews on TrustPilot and YouTube, I realized I was not alone in facing issues.

I decided to give them a chance and subscribed to a one-year plan, downloading their 4digg Fire Repair (video enhancer) program. Unfortunately, like many others have complained, the program is utterly ineffective. Regardless of the file size or desired resolution, attempting to enhance photos or videos results in the program freezing. I patiently waited for over 48 hours and attempted various file types, but nothing worked.

This company is selling invalid and non-functioning software. What's worse, when you reach out to their customer support team, they do not respond. Their phone numbers are all outside the US and appear to be Chinese. Frustrated with the lack of support, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I strongly advise against paying anything to this company. It's clear they are not delivering on their promises, and their customer support is nonexistent. Save your money and look for a more reputable alternative.

I do not recommend this software company that's based in China. They have a predatory transaction process. I needed to recover lost files on my dashcam after an accident and found this company by recommendation online. They set up their free trial on a way that recommends you to enter your credit card info, then go ahead to charge you and enroll you in an automatic monthly subscription plan. Although, the software failed to recover my lost files, they refused to refund my $51 purchase. I feel robbed and would continue to warn others from them. Most of the positive reviews here are likely paid by the company
