I have a bichon pup and I ordered pet wipes for daily cleaning from them. I have to say their service is amazing - they are always there(after you ordered you'll get an email updating your tracking). Also I got good advice from them on which products are best for my dog. Anyway thank you so much I really think my pup loves those wipes!

I’m very happy with the litter box I bought from 4FurBaby! The quality is excellent — sturdy materials and thoughtful design. My cat loves it too! The packaging was secure and the shipping was fast. Overall, a great shopping experience. I’ll definitely come back for more. Highly recommended!

So I chat, phoned, emailed to find where my order was since item was paid for on July 20th but no word on my order for Litter pans. Got a response today after I posted a review here that was not favorable; only to have them text me and tell me order would be delivered today between 2&4pm. Which is was! We'll done, but communication to tell me you had received my order and giving .me a tracking number would have been very helpful. Trust the cats will appreciate it. Thank you 4furbaby

order placed on july 20, money taken out of my account, no shipping order, no responses to chat or telephone call. is this a legitimate company?

UPdate: after calling them the boxes were delivered that afternoon, which means they were already on the way. So i ordered some more as my cats love them, and so do i. these were sent within one week, they communicated with me via email and i had tracking information. much better. not sure what happened the first time, but this time was smooth.

I ordered 3 stainless steel litter boxes, but initially only one was delivered. I reached out to 4FurBaby's customer services and what an experience!! I was in contact with Zoey and she is the absolute best. She found the rest of my order and they were promptly delivered. By the way, the litter boxes are the best and my cats love them! I highly recommend 4FurBaby for your fur baby's needs.

I ordered pet wipes from 4furbaby and couldn’t be happier! The wipes are incredibly soft, have a pleasant scent, and are gentle enough for my Golden Retriever who has sensitive skin and allergies. It’s so hard to find products that don’t irritate him, but these wipes work perfectly. Shopping on the website was easy and convenient, and the delivery was quick. I also really appreciate their excellent customer service — very responsive and kind. I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!
