Jordan the manager was nice ,but he has got a really amateur team with him !!.When they get your stuff they put their own prices unless you specifically send them the invoice of the items.What is the sense in this !! .Every other forwarder allows you to declare your own price. Then they claim free photos but only when you ask .Then they take 2 days plus to get material consolidated when you request it .They then charged me (supposedly premium member ) consolidation fees even when they claim they will not .Then they get the shipping fees wrong and over charged me (they admitted to that and sent me a refund ).SO FAR this is only the MINOR headache part ..Now they made a screw up in the Airway bill(AWB) writing some huge amount and I am yet to receive my package due to discrepancy between AWB and commercial invoice which was missing when they sent it via Fedex. I contacted Jordan and he is telling me to blame fedex for their screw up!! They did include a invoice which I downloaded for my account and sent to local customs but I am yet to get a response. Also Fedex support told I may get HUGE fine (50 -500 OMR ) due to the discrepancy between AWB and invoice charges .I will have to wait for more crap to come my way ,Yippee!! 😟😠.. If i could give them just half a star for good interaction with Jordan ,'cause that's what they deserve honestly !! I only tried them as they gave me a better quote as compared to Fishisfast ..Boy do I miss them !..Never going back !! Maybe Global shopaholics next time but I fell they cheat with volumetrics ..But either would still be in my top 2 recommendations.
