Very satisfied by 4mybike, they answered my email in a day and I received in France the ordered motor in one week. Packaging was good.

I was drawn in from an ebay listing, I actually bought directly from the website, and the goods sent to the UK, Everything went smoothly, Good communication no tax,no surcharges, and it works, Yamaha type c display..

I don’t recommend avoiding it by a wide margin. I bought a RockShox Monarch RL on eBay while living in England because it was cheaper, but I ended up paying £250 in customs fees. The shock I received was damaged—air was leaking, and there was an oil leak. The seller told me to report it to SRAM, claiming it was the manufacturer’s fault. I think the seller buys damaged or returned items and sells them as new. I won’t buy from them again. In England, I could’ve gotten one for less than £250—last time I let myself get fooled.

Great price for top material. Fast delivery abroad and good communication. Would really recommend.

After cancelling an order on eBay they are refusing to refund me. The entire order was canceled within 2 hours of being placed. They originally refused to cancel and provided a tracking number. The item was NEVER shipped, the label was never delivered to USPS. However, they are charing me for shipping claiming they already shipped it when I can see clearly that it never was. Just a label!! Now I have to hassle with eBay and file claims and then if it doesn't work file a fraud claim on my credit card and get my full refund... What a nightmare to deal with these people. Desperate for $40 they will do anything for it. They don't know how to cancel a label and get the refund... It is easy. You don't pay to ship a package if you don't ship it.. just a label. Wow...

My Shimano E8000 to EP8 conversion was made so much easier with the help from guys at 4Mybike.
I can highly recommend them.

On March05 I have ordered the Bosch BUI330 Kiox e-bike kit. The goods was shipped on March06 and I received it in Miami, USA on March15. The item is new, exactly as advertised and works as expected. Absolutely no problems with installation.

So far so good. Excellent comms and quite patient with answering questions. Transaction was seamless. Will definitely recommend this store and will be buying again.

I would give this customer 0 stars if possible. My shimano motor gave e10 error around 6 months ago. Shop took 2 months to even reply to emails that was in june 2023 l. Now feb 2024 a no replacement or refund despite posting to germany twice at my exspense costing around £50 each time. They refused to pay import tax which is completly out off my control. Definatly would not recommend

I have ordered one item by mistake from 4mybike. Communication was fast and top notch when establishing the situation. Requested a return and a refund, which was promptly approved. Upon return, refund was issued within 2 business days.
I can't ask for more, highly recommended.

I ordered an Enviolo hub to ship to UK, I cancelled before the goods arrived with me. I never took reciept of goods. Courier sent them back. 4mybike refused to give a refund. They have the goods and my money. Shame on them. Bad people. No honour.
