Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money, I received a tub of pouches and majority of them were already ripped open, I put one in my mouth without knowing and it all ended up in my mouth that made me sick, try Velo or zyn as they are are better quality!
Trust me don’t waste your hard earned money!

Consider your other options first.
Have tried to use this company on four occasions and had issues every time.
No delivery
Late delivery
Double payments taken
Most recently I received 10 packets of what could only be described as out of date, extremely dry pouches in every single pack.
I did write to complain but that was two weeks ago and I've now given up on receiving a response.
I've binned the products and switched to VELO pouches.
Sorry guys but I won't be using your products again and I strongly recommend that others take this review seriously and consider your options before making a purchase.
From someone who spends at least £50 on pouches I was very surprised I've not received a response from them.

Customer service shocking
I ordered a free sample to try different brands and work out which I was going to stick with.
Unfortunately the snus I opened from 4NX was all weird inside, like all furry. And I couldn't use them.
I thought it looked like a pouch had possibly burst? I don't really know.
So I emailed photos. And was promised another pouch would be sent for me to trial.
This never came, when I emailed back, I was completely ignored.
I would go with ON! Or a different manufacturer as their customer skills are terrible.

I spent a significant time in hospital…
I spent a significant time in hospital earlier this year. Vaping was not possible and I decided to give these pouches a try. they have been great and kept me sane. I have continued to use them as a reduction tool for my Vaping.
