I reached out to customer service about designing my pens, the person that helped me was very quick to respond and worked with me until we got it perfect. I then reached out after ordering to get an ETA on my delivery and they responded very quickly then as well. I had a great experience and will order again in the future.

We are working on some site updates to better communication; however, they are not yet implemented.
When I received my pens the base of the pen I chose was teal and they sent me a blue that was definintly not my choice of color. They responded to my complaint and said they were out of teal, but did not communicate with me to see if I had a second choice. They offered a 10% discount on my next order, but not sure I will be using you again. Communication is key!
