This company was good in the beginning…

This company was good in the beginning with the delivery and installation of wet room and bidet. Towards the end of first year the bidet started having problems. 4Pinciples Construction this product is covered by 2 years manufacturer's (AKW) guarantee and they will come to fix any issues provided I pay £270 in-advance, which won't be refundable if they don't find a fault. I didn't agree to pay as the product was under guarantee.
I sent emails to the manager of 4P with all the issues I experienced with 18 months of construction with images of defects.
I wasted so much time and got frustrated and decided to contact the Trading Standards for the poor quality products and poor service. I have copies of the images for evidence.

I would never use this company again and warn others to check the hidden terms as they pass the buck on to the supplier.
