Dynamite product - 2nd purchase

Dynamite product - customer support (Megan) is outstanding - this is our second set in 15 years - update and upgrade as original chairs still worked and looked like new! Definitely a great product and support - Sales and Service!

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Manny at 4seatin.com, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service he provided. From the moment we connected, Manny was incredibly responsive and courteous. He listened patiently as I explained my issue, and it was clear he truly cared about helping me find a resolution.

His deep knowledge and clear communication made a potentially frustrating situation surprisingly smooth. He walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood my options and felt confident in the solution we reached. Manny’s professionalism and genuine helpfulness turned my day around.

Megan was awesome in answering my delivery questions and appropriately advising us on our purchase to time delivery with the completion of our new house! She was very helpful and soooo friendly!!! It’s nice and refreshing to experience this level of customer service!!!

am writing this review this morning due to the unexpected customer service I received from Megan, Manny, and Joseph. I am a veteran who was diagnosed with cancer due to exposure to agent orange and the VA after 7 years of asking for an increase to my monthly benefits, they finally increase it and I ordered a new couch, I am disabled and my couch is old and uncomfortable, I woke up this morning to a letter from the VA saying they are taking back my 100 disabled rating and send me back down to 10 percent rating which means I cant afford the couch payment, the couch I ordered was already on its way to me, when I received the message from the VA, and 4 seatings understood my situation and not only did they cancel the delivery, they didn't charge me for the transportation fees associated with the delivery. That was unexpected and I definitely appreciate their kind gift, I receive good news on a bad news day, and if I get my situation resolved with the VA in the future, I definitely will be calling 4 seatings for the couch purchase again. Thank you so much 4 seatings, I definitely recommend your company to everyone who reads this review, and they even thanked me for my service in the military, so any of you veterans out there that read this, give them a call. They support the veterans who have served in the USA military. Thanks again. You guys are awesome. Many blessings to Megan, Manny and Joseph and management and this company. Gary Ashmore.

Great experience

Great experience. Had a slight problem with the white glove delivery, and expected it to be a giant hassle. However, reached out to their customer service via email and within 5 minutes got a response from Megan who had solved my issue with no back and forth needed. I was ready for the exact opposite. It was an incredibly nice change of pace from what you see from other companies, and I will be a lifetime customer of 4seating because of how easy they made it. They truly care about the customer.

Joseph did an excellent job from start…

Joseph did an excellent job from start to finish. His true colors shined even more when I (thought) that I had an assembly issue. He instantly contacted me, explained what I needed to do in a very simple and caring manner. I would definitely work with him/4Seating again.

Quality is everything

Poor sitting is an amazing company. They stand by their product 100% and their customer service is awesome. In every way couldn’t be any happier with this company. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Amazing customer service

Megan from customer service has been amazing. I've had several small issues with the product either upon delivery or after and she has always been quick in responding and addressing my issues. And the chairs themselves are great!

I had a service issue and spoke with Megan at 4Seating. She was a true professional and explained all I needed to know. Megan found my original purchase located the part needed and sent me a link to help me with the installation couldn’t ask for more.
