Bought my second set of theater seating from the company. When a small plastic clip broke on a strut to hold one of the storage doors open, their customer service was outstanding. They sent me replacement part right away.

Reading lights
Ordered two reading lights and one had defective switch. Called customer service and Megan took care of the issue immediately. A new one was sent right away and the experience was fantastic. 5 stars!
We needed replacement parts
We ordered seats a couple of years ago and had a power supply go bad yesterday. I reached out to 4seating.com with questions about a replacement, and they got back to me within a few hours. We got on the phone, and the representative found the correct replacement and got it shipped out right away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer experience!

Excellent Customer Service Experience
Received our amazing theatre chairs and had a couple issues I needed to contact 4seating about. As many of the reviews state, I too was lucky Megan Moore was the customer service rep that took my call. She was very attentive to my needs and quickly took action to resolving my concerns. I had follow-up emails/calls/texts within the hour and replacement parts ordered in no time. Customer service of this level is hard to find anymore and I was very reluctant my call for help, but Megan and 4Seating are top notch in this regard. My stress to phone in the issues quickly became relief as she guaranteed they'd be taking care of anything. Hats off to Megan, her contributions to the company should not go unnoticed.

Fast competent customer service!
We put in a repair ticket for our swivel tables because the lament is flaking off over the weekend. First thing Monday morning Megan Moore sent an email informing us replacements were on the way. Great fast service and communication!

Needed help after four years…
After four years one of the power adapters broke on our home theater seats. After I sent an email over the weekend to ask about a replacement I got a direct call from customer service to help me figure out how to order the correct replacement. It feels good to know a company still values having helpful customer service.
Seatcraft Pantheon Big and Tall
We purchased two rows of three connecting Seatcraft Pantheon Big and Tall leather recliners. In addition to their great look, the seats are very comfortable. When we had an issue with one of the light cupholders, Megan was very helpful.

We have been happy and satisfied with 4seating from the minute we walked into the showroom and Manny patiently helped us. The delivery was great and our seats are comfortable and beautifully made. Andrew’s information about extended care was great. Megan’s customer service is so pleasant and her follow up service has been outstanding!
