The engineers were very polite it was…
The engineers were very polite it was an extremely hot day today and they were so professional. They met my dog and then I moved into the back room with him so they didn't have him under their feet. They were quick so tidy and left everything as they found it. They left when the router was ready to use. I switched straight over. It was very informative with a daily email and a what to expect list.

Very helpful, quick resolution
The agent who helped me, John, was very helpful and explained everything well and my issue was resolved quickly and my WiFi now works with no issues.
He also had some good small talk to fill the gaps where we were waiting for the router to update itself.
